With the hustle and bustle of our daily lives sometimes we lose touch with ourselves. The Covid 19 epidemic has caused the world to slow down. Schools, churches, Bars and other recreational places have shut down. People are now having to stay home in isolation from the outside world. Virtual communication has become the new normal. Hundreds of people are using online presence to continue to communicate with the world.
Many people use the excuse that they are too busy to work on their dreams. Some will say they don't have any gifts or talents. The truth is we are all born creative. We all have different gifts it is up to us to tap into our gifts. Some people find their creativity at a early age, while others may find it later in life or some never.

- Take 10-15 minutes in the morning and evening to close your eyes and meditate
- Write -take a journal or a notebook and just write your thoughts don't think about it just be free and let your pen flow.
